Step 1:- Login into WordPress dashboard using id & password. This is how the dashboard looks like
Step 2:- on your left hand side you'll see menus, from that navigate to the pages menu
Step 3:- Add a title title & change the template to elementor full width then click on publish
Step 4 :- now click on edit with elementor
Step 5 :- now from left hand side there are different widgets we can drag & drop those widgets according to our need, for example here we've uploaded an image
Step 6 :- click on the part where it says choose image as shown in the image below
Step 7 :- You can select the image or can upload a new image and set that image.
